Austin Griffin (Griff) – Owner
Austin has been a PDR tech for 9 years. PDR is more than a job to him. It is his passion. He handles all retail work through our shop in Bixby. When you bring your car here, Austin will be the greeter, the estimator, and the technician repairing your dents. Dent work is something that requires adaptability. Being that it is a relatively new trade, it is always changing and you never know it all. Austin’s main goal is to learn something new about it every day and continue to get better the longer he does it. When he first learned this, it was simple round door dings and hail damage. While that is still a big part of the job, Austin wanted to take it to another level. Constantly trying bigger and more complex repairs led to a love for this type of unique work. This became his niche. To be able to offer that service to the local public is something that is very exciting for Griff’s PDR! As much as he enjoys the “work” part of it, the customer satisfaction is the most enjoyable part. Austin is a man of honesty and integrity. In a world where that is hard to find, we aim to bring this to our clients and show them that they are valued here. After all they are the most important part of this! Family is everything to Austin. He spends his free time with his wife Debbie and son Jackson. Building this family is his greatest accomplishment! They live outside of town on a 5 acre farm and enjoy the outdoors. Austin’s favorite hobbies are hunting and fishing. If he is not at work or home, that is what you’ll find him doing! Tanner Griffin – Technician
Tanner is a highly skilled PDR technician and can be found out and about servicing our local dealers. He services Jim Norton T-Town Chevy, Bill Knight Lincoln Volvo, Riverside Ford, Jay Hodge Chevy in Muskogee, Kyle Edwards Buick GMC in Muskogee, and 3 Rivers Auto Collision in Muskogee. Tanner carries a very heavy work load and always takes care of his people. He has turned himself into quite the dent man fixing very large and complex damage at a high volume. If you know Tanner, you know he is good at everything he does. Before becoming a PDR Tech, he was a 3x state champion quarterback at Bixby High School, played baseball at Oklahoma State University, and quarterback at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, as well as quarterback at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He has two associates degrees and a bachelors degree. He started to make sure you get the best paintless dent repair Tulsa has to offer!
When Tanner isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah on their 5 acre homestead on the outskirts of town. He and Sarah are also expecting their first child, a boy, in February 2026. Tanner also enjoys hunting and fishing when he has extra free time. Our love for the outdoors runs through the entire family!
Craig Griffin – Partner
Craig is Tanner and Austin’s Dad. He is the one that started it all. He has been doing PDR for 30 years! While Craig is slowing down a bit these days, he still works every day out of our home base shop taking care of his dealerships, Bill Knight Ford, Tulsa Hyundai, and BMW of Tulsa. Craig is well known in the Tulsa area for his amazing skill set when it comes to dent repair. He is also known for going about and beyond for his people! His longest standing account he has been servicing for almost 25 years! This speaks volumes to the loyalty and consistency he gives to this career day in and day out.
In his spare time, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife, our mom, Ashley on their 2-acre oasis south of town. Travelling is also something they enjoy doing together! He has recently picked up a new role, “Pops”! His new favorite thing to do is spend time with his two new grandbabies Jackson and Hudsyn, and another is on the way! Family is everything to Craig.
